Located in Cardiff bay this temporary building will be transformed to host the gymnastics competition. The ice pad will be covered and transformed into a fully functional gymnastics arena for the UK School Games. The apparatus required for a full gymnastics program will be in place to host fantastic performances.

The long awaited 2010 Sainsbury's UK School Games gets underway tomorrow morning in the North East of England with a launch event in Performance Square at The Sage with Olympic gold medallist Darren Campbell and Chief Executive of the Youth Sport Trust Steve Grainger. Spectators will be entertained by children from Gateshead, collectively known as Dance Bites, taking part in a contemporary dance performance inspired by the 10 sports represented in the Sainsbury's UK School Games.
